We all have Integrity within us; however, it can be the connection to self that allows you to feel and show up in it. All values are on a spectrum. This connection to self I speak of, gives you awareness to the level of Integrity you carry. Integrity is a human quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Integrity can be felt seen and acted on with a person’s strength of standing in their true self, spiritually, emotionally and physically. As many will understand, reaching this place of true self in action is a journey to self-awareness in the present moment to accept, let go and just be who you are. Below are 5 practices you can become aware of in your daily life to discover and grow with strength.
1. Gratitude – the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and return to kindness
Do I hold the space to be grateful for all that I have experienced and have in my life?
How can I strengthen this value in the future?
2. Honesty – Being and acting as the character I believe that I am in every moment: living with openness to demonstrating the true self of vulnerability while holding an unbiased position.
Am I blocking myself of growth through the act of not being seen as who I am?
What small step can I take to initiate growth in a specific area of my life that I know I can stand in honesty and remove any negative doubts?
3. Responsibility – Performing in a state of being accountable for one’s own morals, values and strengths within self and the outer world. This being from a negative and positive viewpoint within a range of life experiences.

Within the trait of Integrity, holds many values in support of living it. Everyday you get to choose to live the person you know you are and need to live without hesitation. Integrity doesn’t always come naturally to many, we all have it, it is just a matter of exploring and strengthening it as a part of becoming your best self.
