The name says it all! It has taken myself a very long time to discover the importance of living for YOUFIRST.

*How do we learn this? *When should we learn this? *Why is this important?

These are some important questions you might pursue. Putting yourself first may come naturally or has been provided to some in the early years of development. This is not the case for others. Becoming the person you always thought you may be or imagined for your life, does not always evolve your way. If life took you on an alternative path because of adversity in your life, please believe me, you always have another chance. It's whether you decide on taking this chance to get back on your path to healing, growing and evolving to become your authentic self, living your best life.

YouFirst was created through my own decision to take back my power and find myself again. YOU can do it too! Sometimes the journey can be tough but whatever the change you wish to see in yourself, it IS POSSIBLE! 

I do hope I get to meet you, you share your story and start creating the change you wish to be. 

Putting YOUFIRST can look different for everyone but it will be the best thing you have ever done for yourself.
